Walking Retreat on Andros: 12-17 May 2026

A five-day walking retreat on Andros for a small group of 8 to 10 guests. Led by locals with deep insider knowledge, you’ll enjoy curated hikes to the island’s most remarkable spots, complemented by gentle movement, sunrise meditations, and authentic regional culinary experiences - together with the rare opportunity to stay in a private suite at Ktima Lemonies, a restored 200-year-old farm estate.

Slow down, breathe deeply, and explore one of Greece’s most remarkable islands in thoughtful company. In late spring 2026, we invite a small group of 8 to 10 guests to join us for a five-day, six-night walking retreat devoted to nature, movement, and presence.

Our retreat unfolds at Ktima Lemonies, a beautifully restored 200-year-old farm estate nestled among orchards, stone terraces, and lush Mediterranean gardens. Blending historic character with understated contemporary comfort, the estate offers an atmosphere that is both grounding and refined - an ideal setting for unhurried exploration and mindful rest. This retreat also presents a rare opportunity to stay at Ktima Lemonies by the suite, as the property is usually reserved for exclusive full-estate bookings.

Each day features carefully curated hikes along Andros’ award-winning trail network, led by local expert José, whose deep knowledge of the island ensures routes adapted to the season, the weather, and the group. These walks are designed for discovery rather than performance and are accessible to those with a moderate level of fitness.

Complementing the hikes, Colette guides restorative movement sessions, breathwork practices, and sunrise meditations in the garden — gentle invitations to reconnect with body, breath, and landscape.

Culinary experiences are an integral part of the journey: a picnic showcasing regional produce, lunches at beloved local tavernas and at a remote farm along the trail, as well as a visit to a family-run farm with tastings of artisanal delicacies. Through food, landscape, and rhythm, you will experience Andros in its most authentic expression.

More than a holiday, this retreat is a rare interlude — an opportunity to inhabit the present moment, share meaningful company, and discover the island at a human pace. It offers a mindful alternative to conventional tourism: intimate, locally rooted, quietly luxurious, and deeply nourishing.

Places are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and quality.

We warmly invite you to request availability and booking details.
